Terms and Conditions
- All currencies are in Thai Baht per room per night inclusive of service charge, applicable government tax.
- Daily buffet breakfast or A la cart is at THB400nett per adult per meal, child half price.
- All Ocean Breeze Room rates are based on double occupancy. Extra bed / Mattress surcharge of 1,000 Baht each will apply. This charge including breakfast, maximum of 2 extra beds (Superior Room & Beachfront Bungalow) and maximum occupancy 3 persons.
- No charge for the 2 children under 12 yrs sharing room with one or two adults using existing bed & compulsory breakfast, THB200 each.
- No booking with room number confirmation, all special requested are subject to availability up on arrival date.
- Check-in time 14:00 hrs. Check-out time before 12:00 hrs.
- Early Check-in and late Check-out are subject to room availability. The Resort will do its best to have rooms available for early arrival when notified.
- Late Check-out on the scheduled departure day is subject to room availability. For guests using the room on the scheduled departure day from 12:00 hrs to 15:00 hrs will be charged is at THB1,000 net. Guests using the room on the scheduled departure date after 15:00 hrs will be charged 100% of the room rate.
- A minimum stay of five (7) nights is required during the Peak Season (21 December 2010 through 15 January 2011).
- Compulsory Gala Dinner is required on 31th December 2010; Adult 3,500Baht each, child half price.
- Compulsory Gala Dinner is required on 24th December 2010; Adult 3,000Baht each, child half price.
- Transfer from Phuket Airport to Resort is at THB1,500 net per car per way for 2 persons.
- Transfer from Phuket Town is at THB3,000 net per car per way for 2 persons.
- Transfer from Phuket Pier is at THB2,500 net per car per way for 2 persons.
- Transfer for one guest will be added up to minimum 2 persons requirement. the third persons will be charged is at THB 800 net per car per way.
